Entry to all courses is at the discretion of the Directors. Learners will need to read a full description of the course to assess their suitability for the course. We will aim to be inclusive and provide, where possible access to all our services and courses.
Requirements for entry as a follows
- Learners must agree to revise all underpinning knowledge provided prior to the course commencement
- Learners will hold a certificate in hairdressing level 2 or 3. Proof of this may be required. Applies for certified courses only.
- Learners must attend a pre agreed training day for the full duration of the course.
- All monies must be paid in full prior to course start date.
- Learners will be registered upon full payment; all fees are non-refundable from this date.
- No guaranteed pass and the decision of the assessor is final. In the event of a ‘non pass’ learners will be given another chance of achievement by submitting video evidence of 3 separate occasions demonstrating the work that did not meet the criteria on the course date. This will have a deadline date of 2 months after the course date.
- Learners Are expected to complete an end of course assessment at home on completion of the course, once received and accepted as a pass your certificate will be issued.
- All specifications are for certified courses only and do not apply to our masterclasses or online classes
Refund Policy
Full time courses must be paid in full 28 days before course commencement. We regret that once paid, deposits and instalment payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances except in the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the school. If a Learner cancels 6 weeks prior to the course due to personal circumstances a percentage may be refunded at the Directors discretion.
If short & part time course bookings are cancelled by the student 30 days or more prior to the course start date, then the course fee can be transferred in full to an alternative course date if available or a refund will be made. This is subject to an administrative fee of 10%. No refund will be made for bookings cancelled by the student less than 30 days prior to the start date. However, pending availability we will transfer the course fee to the next available course. An administrative fee of 20% is applicable.
We regret that we cannot provide refunds or a transfer to another date for non-attendance on the day of the course.
If you have booked an online course no refunds will be issued in any case should the online learning portal be accessed as this contains all the course information including video tutorials for you to be able to perform the treatment.
